Discussion and communication! As the professional in Real Estate, I ask the questions that they don't know to ask. I give them the most up to date market analysis. I can provide all documents needed in a timely manner. I am direct with my responses and if I need to do a little more digging for answers, I get it done. I help them find the resources they need and I collaborate with other professional's throughout the entire real estate transaction. I do everything that is required to get my clients to the closing table. I am their Guide and Helper!
